Delivery & Return Policy
STANDARD COURIER DELIVERY
Standard delivery items are usually dispatched within 5 working days after the order has been placed, excluding custom prints which may take up to 14 days. We aim to deliver within:
- 7-10 working days for India
- 10-15 working days for Europe, USA, Canada, fast east, Australasia and the rest of the world.(if applicable)
- Delays might occur due to current Covid Situation.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We deliver anywhere in the world unless any couriers restrictions exists. Out of stock – Normally ‘Out of Stock’ items do not appear in the website. Subject to any errors, the customer will be notified by LGM Fashions and refund will be initiated, if the payment is made and item is not available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If your delivery address is not within India, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary from country to country; therefore online shop refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
DAMAGED/TAMPERED DELIVERY
Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our customer care immediately.
RETURN POLICY
1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic principles of all products, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns.
2. Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
4. Offer zone goods once sold will not be taken back.
